THE COMPLEX
Stay in a beautiful and well appointed gated community consiting of townhouse and condominium units. Enjoy the pool view, hot tub and the conveniences in the attached clubhouse.
Located throughout he complex you will find a pristine heated swimming pool, hot tub, bocci ball court, outdoor stretching stations, gym, yoga room, craft room, clubhouse with a couple of large screen tv’s, pool table, business center with 2 computer stations, library of novels on courtsy loan and a clubhouse kitchen.
There are a variety of social gatherings which meet on a weekly basis during snow bird season.
The clubhouse is open till 12am. It houses the gym, yoga room, business center w/2 computers, two lounge areas, library, pool table, game tables, kitchen and more.
The gym is up the stairs shown on the right of the clubhouse.

THE CONDO
This ground floor pool view unit offers 2 entry/exit doors which makes it convenient for elders or persons with disablitites.
Entrance
Features keyless entry, shoe storage, catch all tray, and a security door bar, for those who want that added security.
Patio
4 seat padded conversation set with table and extra cushions. Also the railing has a gate for easy access to the pool located out front.
Kitchen
The large kitchen has an abundance of cookware and appliances that you would love to find in a home. A few to mention, cassorle dishes, plastic ware for leftovers, Ninja blender, Keurig coffeemaker (plus pods :-) ceramic placesetting for 8, and the list goes on. 6 large appliances are stainless, there are new extended height cherry cabinets with stainless knobs, stone (granite) counter tops and tile flooring. There is a laundry room which includes a high efficiency washer and steam dryer with a wrinkle prevent option. (Starter laundry pack included)
Living room
The living room has a 50" TV w/cable, a smart DVD player with 3-D, (glasses & a large selection of movies included) a large leather sectional, 2 accent chairs, and 2 large ottomans (which open to store throw blankets, office supplies, and points of interest pamphlets). There is also a wireless printer for the times when you wish you had a printer.
Dining room
In the dining area you will find a 6-8 seater glass table. (extra chairs found throughout the condo.)
Den
The den houses 3 adult bikes, 2 accent chairs for reading a good book and a small work station for handling bussiness affairs if you happen to bring your personal device.
This is a smoke/allergy free home with no carpets.

The Bed/Bathrooms
Inside you will find this luxury unit has two bedrooms which are seperated by the living room as shown on the floor plan, (this is great for added privacy.).
The Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms have 1 pillow top queen mattress, 1 leather trim bedframe, 1 dresser, a ceiling fan, 1 catchall tray, 2 endtables, & 2 lamps, faux wood blinds and views to the community clubhouse, patio and pool..
A few extras that differ from each of the bedrooms are the master has 2 accent chairs with cushions while the 2nd bedroom has a 48" flatscreen TV, 2 tri-light touch lamps, extra linens, vacuum in the closet, a desk and chair. Oh and there is a 2 wheel cart for shopping close by.
The Bathrooms
The masterbath has a garden tub with a hand held shower wand, extra linens in the pantry, limited toiletries, a small amount of pharmaceuticals, a flat iron, hairdryer, and walk in closet.
The 2nd bathroom has a standard bathtub with a hand held shower wand, extra towels, including 2 bath sheets, and limited toilitries.
The Hall Closet
Extra paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, kleenex tennis rackets etc.

AROUND SURPRISE
The property is close to walking/bicycling paths. We reccomend getting out and walking around the community, be sure to check out the Sun City Grand community center located on Sunrise.
Within a 20 min. drive you will find large shopping malls, more hockey rinks, White Tank Mountain hiking trails, and lets not forget the golf courses..
There are so many things to do while visiting Surprise but the first thing is to get here, so book your stay now as we do fill up quickly.
